An anorectal fistula is an abnormal channel from the anus or rectum usually to the skin near the anus.
Most
fistulas begin in a deep gland in the wall of the anus or rectum.
Sometimes
fistulas occur after drainage of an anorectal abscess, but often the cause
cannot be identified.

and Crypts of Morgagni had to be clearly visible, three surgeons acted
as consultants on this project.

harrow, to produce graphics and animation
demonstrating fistula and their effects. Consulting with numerous surgeons
and the video production company resulted in
a 60 second animation highlighting the delicacy required to treat this
procedure.
From initial contact to final delivery took three weeks.
